At Freedom Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy below for more information on how to return or exchange your items.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., customized press-on nails, hair products) are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please reach out to us at freedom.beauty.glow@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your items.
- Ship the Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Order Cancellations & Refunds

- Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will guide you through the process and help ensure you get the product that best fits your needs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at freedom.beauty.glow@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the issue and arrange for a full refund, exchange, or store credit as appropriate.

- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
